About the Role The role involves promoting and selling residential real estate properties developed by us, understanding client requirements, and providing appropriate project options and guidance. Responsibilities Promote and sell residential real estate properties developed by our company. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project options and guidance. Handle client inquiries and conduct project site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Stay up-to-date with project details, industry trends, pricing, and competitors. Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Provide post-sales support including documentation and coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or PG in any discipline. 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate background preferred). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
