Sales Executive for Real Estate

As a Sales Executive at our company dedicated to developing residential real estate properties, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling properties while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling residential real estate properties developed by our company. - Understanding client requirements and providing appropriate project options and guidance. - Handling client inquiries and conducting project site visits. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the management. - Staying up-to-date with project details, industry trends, pricing, and competitors. - Coordinating with the CRM and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. - Providing post-sales support including documentation and coordination. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or PG in any discipline. - 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate background preferred).
