Sales Executive for Real Estate

We (JOHAAN REAL ESTATE & DEVELOPERS) are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties to clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets . Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide information on available listings and conduct property viewings. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Build and maintain a client database and follow up on leads. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations. Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of the local property market. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
