Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

About the Role:

RENTO is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or rentals. Freshers passionate about building a career in real estate are also welcome to apply! This role is field-based and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and convert potential clients for property sales or rentals.
• Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Achieve monthly sales/rental targets and generate regular reports.
• Coordinate with the sales head and team for lead generation and closures.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property listings, and competitors.
• Handle client queries, negotiations, and documentation processes smoothly.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or rentals (freshers can apply if interested in a career in real estate).

✅ Strong local area knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market.

✅ Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Willingness to work in the field and meet prospective clients regularly.

✅ Must have own vehicle – petrol allowance will be provided.

✅ Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Fixed salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance (based on experience).
