We're looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring digital professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training sessions on Social Media Marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and update SMM course content, assignments, and case studies based on current industry trends
• Explain tools and strategies related to paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Demonstrate platform-specific algorithms, content planning, and calendar creation
• Train students on analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics (basic), and reporting techniques
• Provide individual feedback and support to students on their learning journey
• Conduct live campaign practice sessions
• Track student progress and maintain batch records
• Coordinate with the academic and admin team for smooth training operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle both beginner and intermediate-level students
