E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive with a strong background in managing online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening our digital footprint and boosting online sales through strategic marketplace management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals. Manage pricing strategies, inventory levels, and product availability to ensure maximum profitability. Keep abreast of marketplace policy updates, trends, and algorithm changes to stay competitive. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster positive reviews and maintain strong seller ratings. Plan and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and conversions. Coordinate with the marketing team to drive relevant traffic to our e-commerce storefronts. Qualifications: Demonstrated success in managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce accounts. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations and platform algorithms. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
