Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a Sales Executive to be a part of our companys sales and marketing department. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and fostering customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

Seek out new sales leads and opportunities through referrals, travelling, calling, and networking
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by being pro-active and having regular and clear communication with your customers
Travelling to different markets to set up meetings with potential and existing customers to drive sales and build on customer relationships
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and samples
Effectively address and manage customer feedback and complaints, and share with concerned internal teams
Negotiate and close deals with potential and existing customers
Be involved in analysing markets, competitors and new product development
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results
Ensure timely payments from customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Passionate for sales and business growth
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Knowledge of MS Office
Fast learner and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
