Introduction We are looking for a capable Accounts Executive to be a part of the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be accessing custom ERP and SAP B1. You will be working on tasks such as accounting entries, preparing financial statements and reporting. We expect an ideal candidate to be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. Your responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Accounting entries Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform bank payment entries Assist in the processing of balance sheet, profit & loss statements Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Review expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in commerce, finance, business administration, science or computer studies. Good academic record. Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or SAP B1 or Odoo. Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting principles and practices Good analytical, communication, and computer skills Proficiency and speed in data entry.
