Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through client meetings, cold calls, networking and referrals.
  
• Present the companys offerings to prospects and convert leads into clients by demonstrating value.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
  
• Provide post-sales support and co-ordinate with operations/operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; proactively manage and report pipeline to Sales Head.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM daily, and prepare periodic MIS/pipeline reports.
  

Required Skills

• 28 years of sales experience preferably in financial services, broking, fintech or related sectors.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable with field sales and ready for local or PAN-India travel.
  
• Target/result-driven mindset with good organizational skills.
  
• Professional appearance and client-facing etiquette (professional attire mandatory).
  

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling financial products, broking services, or fintech solutions (customer acquisition, onboarding, or portfolio servicing).
  
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
