Job Description

We are hiring an Online Client Support Executive to manage B2B Sales Portals, Client Queries, and Operations Support for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Order Processing, and B2B Operations.

Roles Responsibilities

Manage Client Accounts on B2B Sales Portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other Merchant Platforms Handle Client Queries, Client Coordination, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Ensure smooth B2B Client Servicing, Online Platform Management, and Operations Support

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers and candidates with experience in Online Client Support, B2B Platforms, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or Back Office Operations can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and B2B Platform Management Skills
