We are looking for a hard-working Data Entry Executive to join our team! As a Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases. Job Description Data Entry Operator/Executive (Male candidate) Document, organize and store relevant documents. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards or data recorders. Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials. Create and manage spreadsheets Checking the accuracy of all documents and information and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies. Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data. Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date. Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction. Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary. Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required. Sales/ Purchase Entries in Tally Prime. E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill. Bank Reconciliation & bank entries. Expenses & Petty cash Entries. Generation of Sales & Purchase Orders. Processing Bank Payments Online. Vendor Payments. Job Requirement: Only MALE candidates can apply. Previous working experience as Data Entry Operator/Executive for 1-2 years preferred. Hands on Tally, MS Office Word, Excel etc. (including fast typing skills). Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases. Great attention to detail Team player. Required Skill Set: Interpersonal and communication skills . - To speak with customer/internal team members to update information, depending on the position.
