About ScholarHat

Key Responsibilities

Make
daily outbound counseling calls
to learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Proactively send
WhatsApp messages and emails
for nurturing leads and driving admissions.
Manage the
complete sales lifecycle
from lead follow-up to enrollment closure.
Update CRM regularly with lead status, progress, and follow-up actions.
Support enrolled learners in coordination with the technical & training teams.
Generate
organic leads
via LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
Meet
weekly and monthly revenue targets
and conversion KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year EdTech Sales or Inside Sales
experience (mandatory)
Strong communication, articulation & sales negotiation skills
Graduate / Postgraduate (B.tech , BCA, MCA , MBA preferred)
Strong understanding of tech upskilling industry is a big plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven role
High ownership mindset & customer-first approach
