Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make 7080 outbound calls daily to connect with prospects and counsel them on suitable upskilling programs.
  2. Communicate effectively with leads via WhatsApp and email on a daily basis to share program details and updates.
  3. Update and maintain lead records on CRM, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up for end-to-end sales closure.
  4. Support enrolled learners by coordinating with the technical support team and resolving their queries.
  5. Generate and nurture organic leads through LinkedIn by engaging with potential candidates and building professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and counseling skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, or academic counseling preferred.
