Role Overview

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in clients at our experience centers and understand their requirements.
Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.
Collaborate with the design team to offer customized interior solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
Mandatory:
Proficiency in local languages (Kannada / Telugu / Marathi as per location).
1–4 years of experience in sales (B2C preferred; interiors, real estate, and luxury goods experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Passion for interiors and design will be an added advantage.
