Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for our Car Loans division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on financial products, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers seeking car loans.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the car loan sector.
Assist customers in understanding the car loan process, eligibility criteria, and documentation required.
Prepare and present loan proposals to customers based on their needs and financial standing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application process.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales or financial services, preferably in car loans or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Knowledge of financial products, especially car loans, and the lending process.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
