Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing used cars.
Build relationships with car dealers, brokers, and showrooms to generate leads.

Loan Processing

Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Collect and verify documents (KYC, income proof, vehicle details).
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Credit Assessment

Coordinate with credit teams for customer evaluation.
Assist in risk assessment and ensure proper documentation for approval.

Sales & Targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
Upsell related products like insurance or extended warranties.

Customer Service

Provide post-loan support and resolve queries.
Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
