Role Overview

Sales Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 

    cold calls

     to potential clients across India, the Middle East, and the US.
  • Run 

    outbound lead generation campaigns

     via LinkedIn, email, and prospecting tools.
  • Execute 

    email marketing campaigns

     and follow-up sequences to nurture and convert leads.
  • Promote 

    Zoho CRM/ERP services

    , including implementation, customization, support, and license reselling.
  • Schedule 

    discovery calls

    , qualify prospects, and hand over opportunities to senior sales managers.
  • Maintain 

    detailed activity logs

     in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-up workflows.
  • Research 

    industries, companies, and decision-makers

     to generate targeted lead lists.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine outbound campaigns.

Required Qualification

  • 1–3 years

     of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, ERP, or CRM solutions.
  • Proven experience in 

    lead generation and outbound calling

    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence is

    MUST TO HAVE

    .
  • Experience with email automation tools (e.g., 

    Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Apollo.io

    ).
  • Familiarity with 

    Zoho solutions

     is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of 

    Zoho CRM, or other SaaS platforms

  • Hands-on experience with 

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo

    , or similar prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of the 

    IT sales cycle, RFP processes, and project-based selling

  • Ability to handle multi-region prospecting and adapt communication styles.
