Role Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive enterprise adoption of our skilling and talent development offerings in the BFSI sector. This role will focus on selling end-to-end learning and fresher deployment solutions to banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs, and will be responsible for revenue generation, account growth, and strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Own sales lifecycle across Tier 2/3 banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and FinTech clients. Identify skilling gaps and recommend tailored solutions for fresher onboarding, lateral training, and compliance upskilling. Co-create Centers of Excellence (COE) with clients for long-term fresher hiring and deployment. Collaborate with product, content, and delivery teams to structure bundled offerings (self-paced + instructor-led + assessments). Engage with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, and Business Unit Heads to establish L&T EduTech as a strategic partner. Align skilling proposals to emerging industry needs like digital banking, AI/ML in finance, and regulatory requirements. Prepare winning sales proposals, RFP responses, and commercial terms. Drive post-sale engagement including deployment planning, impact tracking, and business reviews. Maintain pipeline and performance metrics in CRM; meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Preferred Qualifications: 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, BFSI, or HR tech. Demonstrated experience in solution selling and strategic account management. Strong understanding of BFSI sector talent needs and learning ecosystem. Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
