Sales Executive (B2B)

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and target government departments, municipal bodies, and public sector undertakings for outdoor advertising opportunities.

* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government offices.

* Understand tender processes, prepare documentation, and participate in bidding for government contracts.

* Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.

* Coordinate with internal operations, finance, and legal teams for project execution.

* Track market trends, competitors, and new government advertising initiatives.

* Ensure timely billing, payment collection, and contract compliance.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, tenders, and client communications.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

* 3+ years of experience in outdoor media sales, preferably handling government clients.

* Strong understanding of government tendering and procurement processes.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in working with Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, or Transport Departments.
