• Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, social platforms, networking, and other outreach activities.
• Present products and services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Manage the complete sales process—from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Handling roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation and discipline.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and lead management (preferred but not mandatory).
