SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our reputable manufacturing organization in Chennai. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by managing industrial client relationships across key sectors such as steel, glass, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and equipment. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical and commercial expertise to deliver tailored solutions, meet aggressive sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business expansion within a high-performance environment, with a focus on strategic account management and long-term client engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial sectors including steel, glass, pharma, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through consistent communication and value-driven solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide customized product and service recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions while ensuring profitability.
  • Address customer grievances promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights to management.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in MBA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, or B.Com (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in industrial sales, with exposure to manufacturing, gas, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex sales challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence clients.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in techno-commercial evaluation of products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is advantageous.
