Sales Engineer(Residential Engineer Role)

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and service

revenue within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales & Account Management

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Generate enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with B2B and industrial clients.
  

2. Technical Support & Product Advisory

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and recommend the right products.
• Deliver product presentations and capability demonstrations.
• Conduct site audits, customer training sessions, and product demos.
  

3. Techno-Commercial Activities

• Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams to resolve customer queries.
• Track and manage the opportunity pipeline, quotations, and closures.
  

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Follow up on payments and receivables.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce/CRM.
• Ensure continuous self-improvement and contribute to team growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2- 5 years of experience

  in selling industrial products or technical B2B solutions.
• Strong familiarity with

  AP (Andhra Pradesh) region

  and willingness to travel

  70% of the time

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  Telugu and English

  .
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in

  Salesforce/CRM, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  .
• Good teamwork, relationship-building skills, and customer-first approach.
