Roles & Responsibility

Revenue Target

• Work towards 100% Sales Targets and Collection
• Identifies opportunities by researching industry and related inquiries.
• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting key decision makers
• Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with corporate office to refocus efforts if targets are not being met
• Sales order Planning, Revenue Planning and Market Expansion planning
• Monthly reviews with Sales team

Team Building

• Drive the team towards the organizational goals in-terms of Company Ethics, Revenue and Profitability.
• Educate the Sales team in-terms of sales activities and Product features

Operations

▪ Travel inside the country and outside the country for Sales and Customer meetings when required.

▪ Partner Management

▪ Work with the marketing team for lead generation.

▪ Participation in Expos in connection with the marketing team.

▪ Managing the project operations

Account Management

▪ Develop and actively engage in client relationship building

▪ To support delivery teams in project implementations

▪ Meet customers on Implementation and support escalations

▪ Handling Strategic accounts and meeting them regularly

▪ Regularly meet existing customers and establish the developments of product and organization.  

Experience and Knowledge

Must have:

• Strong Domain Experience.
• Consultative Sales Approach, with a Flair for Learning.
• History of Achieving sales targets.
• Excellent Demonstrative skills of the product and self.
• Ability to be detail oriented, get into the depth of the problem and provide solutions
