The role involves direct client acquisition and relationship management for a diversified portfolio of investment and insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and referrals Explain, promote, and sell the following products: Investment Products: Mutual Funds, SIPs Equity PMS (Portfolio Management Services) AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) Demat and Direct Share Investment Unlisted Shares Corporate Bonds & NCDs Insurance Products: SME Insurance (Fire, Marine, WC, etc.) Life Insurance (Term, Traditional, and ULIP plans) Health Insurance (Retail & Group) Motor Insurance (Car & Bike) Build and manage long-term client relationships through follow-ups and portfolio reviews Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in promotional campaigns and field marketing activities Maintain and update CRM or lead management tools regularly

Job Responsibilities: Assist CEO in follow-up of sales leads and client interactions. Coordinate with clients for quotations, order status, and after-sales support. Maintain CRM / sales records and prepare MIS reports. Handle day-to-day admin activities such as documentation, calls, scheduling, and office coordination. Support sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and dispatch coordination. Draft business emails, maintain files, and prepare reports as instructed by CEO. Ensure smooth communication between clients, CEO, and internal departments. Key Skills Required: Good communication (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, Gujarati. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organized and detail-oriented, with multitasking ability. Positive attitude with willingness to learn technical aspects.
