We provide end-to-end tooling support to our clients with the goal of improving productivity and reducing cost per component. Job Responsibilities: Assist CEO in follow-up of sales leads and client interactions. Coordinate with clients for quotations, order status, and after-sales support. Maintain CRM / sales records and prepare MIS reports. Handle day-to-day admin activities such as documentation, calls, scheduling, and office coordination. Support sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and dispatch coordination. Draft business emails, maintain files, and prepare reports as instructed by CEO. Ensure smooth communication between clients, CEO, and internal departments. Key Skills Required: Good communication (verbal & written) in English, Hindi, Gujarati. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organized and detail-oriented, with multitasking ability. Positive attitude with willingness to learn technical aspects. Prior experience in sales coordination / office admin will be preferred. Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Arts / Management OR Diploma/B.E. candidates (if interested in technical sales support). Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience & skills). Performance-based incentives.
