Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Goa, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored technical solutions, and supporting the sales process for elevator and escalator systems. Duties include conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Collaborative work with internal teams to meet sales targets and project requirements is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, with an ability to achieve sales targets and provide tailored solutions
• A solid understanding of vertical transportation systems (elevators, escalators, autowalks) is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required for client meetings and technical support
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields is preferable
