Job Description

We are hiring for BD and Sales Trainee, Freshers can apply. Outside Mumbai candidates are welcome.

Females are also welcome.

1. Business Development (BD) Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and generate potential business leads through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Support in preparing business presentations, proposals, and reports.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets assigned by the management.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

2. Sales Engineer Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

Visit customers and understand their technical/electrical requirements.
Generate enquiries and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Work on enquiry follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (freshers are welcome).
Good technical knowledge of electrical products/systems.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
