The primary focus of this role will be to drive only Sales and he should have knowledge of Switchgears MCCB, RCB, RCCB, DB’s, Selec Timers. Responsibilities : 1. Develop Existing Customers to achieve and exceed sales targets for Product Sales. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry and establish new customer reach. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services. 5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products & Services. 6. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics. 2. Sales Experience working with OEM/Panel Builder preferred 3. Strong technical knowledge of Switchgears – MCCB, RCB, RCCB, DB’s, Selec Timers. 4. Familiarity with a diverse range of Schneider, ABB, Siemens & Selec products makes is advantageous. 5. 2 years of successful sales experience, in the field of above mentioned products. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 8. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
