Job Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of industrial products, identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Visit industrial clients (Plywood, Pharma, Food, Textile, Paper) for product presentations and technical discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
