Job description -

• Identifying and Pursuing Opportunities: Researching and analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new markets to find growth opportunities.

• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Actively searching for and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Relationship Building: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Sales and Negotiation: Developing tailored pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts and terms, and closing deals to maximize revenue.

• Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve targets.

• Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and customer success to align sales efforts and ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to post-sales support

• Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales metrics, monitoring progress, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.

• Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes, materials, quality control standards, and potentially CNC machining, related technologies.
