Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products/services to clients.

Negotiate and close sales with potential clients.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams for customized solutions.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients for after-sales support and repeat business.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical products.

Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.

Good command over MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in technical sales or elevator industry (preferred but not mandatory).
