Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.

  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products/services to clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams for customized solutions.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients for after-sales support and repeat business.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare daily/monthly sales reports.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical products.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.

  • Good command over MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in technical sales or elevator industry (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
