Role Description

The Sales Engineer will play a vital role in driving technical sales and customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, proposing tailored bearing solutions, and supporting customer success throughout the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, preparing and delivering technical presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams for product development and technical support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in bearings or mechanical engineering and ability to understand customer requirements.
• Experience in sales, account management, and business development within the automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to provide tailored technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, design, and quality departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Sales certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and travel as required for client meetings.
• Prior experience in the bearings or related industry is preferred.
