Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Spherical Roller Bearing Designer for a full-time, on-site position at our state-of-the-art facility in Rajkot. The role involves designing spherical roller bearings with precision and adherence to high-performance standards. Key tasks include creating detailed technical drawings, reviewing product specifications, collaborating with the engineering and production teams, conducting performance analyses, and ensuring design compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in bearing design, with a strong focus on spherical roller bearings and understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as CAD software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or similar) and ability to create accurate technical drawings
• Strong knowledge in materials science, stress analysis, and heat treatment processes
• Skill in conducting performance simulations and analytical assessments
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the bearing or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Problem-solving skills, a focus on quality, and a detail-oriented approach
