Designation/ Title : Sales engineer Reporting to : GM Commercial / Sr Manager Sales /Manager Mktg. Location : Mumbai Objective : Strengthening sales team and enhancing customer Experience. Key Responsibility Collaborating with customer with regard to any development needs of the customer Handling Customer Complaints and ensuring timely closure Maintaining and enhancing cordial relationship with customer, their plant personnel at every level. Arranging for technical meet between the customer and the company Finding lead and tapping prospect in the market. Pre Sales efforts and completing the marketing process and finalizing the order. Payment collection Co-ordinating with Logistic department and ensuring on time delivery Effective Networking among various function within the organization. Participating in trade fares & exhibitions. Years of Experience Minimum of 1-2 year experience in sales of manufactured & Engineering product to B2B market. Qualification Diploma engineer with MBA in marketing or Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing. Age band : 27-30 years Previous experience Industrial Marketing Competencies Effective Communication (Oral and Written) Result oriented Knowledge of M S office with expertise in Excel and power point presentations. Experience in working in a SAP environment is desirable. Strong analytical skills Organizational skills
