Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to internal staff via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and IT equipment. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and related equipment. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Active Directory and other systems. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up workstations and accounts. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, support requests, and resolutions. Coordinate with vendors and external support services when necessary. Support remote work setups including VPN, remote desktop, and collaboration tools. Ensure data security and perform regular system backups. Preferred Skills: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk). Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell ). Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations. Experience supporting cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace).
