Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software and network-related issues
Troubleshoot laptops/desktops (Windows & macOS), printers and peripherals
Manage IT onboarding & offboarding (laptop allocation, access setup, asset recovery)
Support and manage email systems, VPN, antivirus and collaboration tools
Diagnose and resolve network, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs and AMC management
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and access controls
Handle user tickets through ITSM tools and ensure SLA adherence
Provide on-site support for office infrastructure and conference room setups

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
2+ years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, MS Office, Google Workspace
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
Experience with IT ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Good understanding of IT asset management and security practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
