Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 front-end support for various software applications and systems.
Deliver exceptional software support, resolving technical problems efficiently and effectively.
Address and resolve issues on client devices, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Manage and support Intune environments.
Conduct remote problem-solving sessions to assist clients with technical issues.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring a clear understanding of issues and solutions.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
Proven expertise in providing L2 and L3 front-end support.
Strong background in software support and troubleshooting.
Ability to work solution-oriented, with a focus on resolving client issues promptly.
Experience in handling client problems and delivering effective solutions.
Knowledge or experience with Intune is mandatory.
Excellent remote problem-solving skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
Good multitasking ability, analytical and problem-solving skills independently
English fluency in writing and speaking
Readiness to travel, if needed
