Job Summary

Junior IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
first-line technical support
to end users via in-person, email, or remote tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Load Balancers, and other peripherals
.
Install, configure, and maintain
Windows/macOS operating systems
and standard applications.
Assist in
setting up new users
(accounts, email, hardware, software access).
Manage
IT asset inventory
and ensure records are up to date.
Escalate complex issues to
senior IT engineers
or vendors when required.
Manage and troubleshoot
network connectivity issues
(LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Perform
routine system maintenance
and software updates.
Ensure
data security and backup procedures
are properly followed using audits and documentation.
Support
conference room and video conferencing systems
.
Participate in
IT projects, audits, and documentation
as assigned.
Provide support for
Access Points (AP)
and
enterprise networking
.

Education

Diploma or Bachelors degree in
IT, Computer Science
