Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in
  • person.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices,
  • operating systems, Face Attendance devices, NVR (CCTV Cameras), and common
  • business applications.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in systems such as Active Directory, Office
  • 365, and other enterprise tools.
  • Maintain and support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and
  • basic network diagnostics.
  • Log, track, and resolve support requests using an IT ticketing system.
  • Assist with system upgrades, updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide onboarding and technology setups for new employees.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely replacements or repairs

Working Conditions

  • On-site or remote depending on company needs.
  • May require occasional travel between office locations.
  • Ability to lift and set up equipment up to ~40 lbs
