Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and collaborating with customers to understand their technical needs. Key responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and assisting in the development of customized solutions. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between the engineering and sales teams, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales with a proven ability to drive business growth through technical expertise
• Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address client needs and provide high-quality solutions
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with diverse teams
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing equipment industries is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
