Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. In this position, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. The role will involve preparing and delivering product presentations, conducting site visits, and assisting with the installation and troubleshooting of products. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
