Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales engagements, supporting customers with product-related technical assistance, and delivering customized solutions to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include promoting DIRAK’s product portfolio, driving sales, establishing solid customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to understand and address technical product requirements
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with clients and effectively convey technical information
Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in providing Technical Support for product specifications, applications, and troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Understanding of industrial components and their applications in relevant industries
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and manage multiple tasks efficiently
