Job Description

Sales Engineer/ Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting

    commercial buildings

    ,

    industrial plants

    , and

    institutional clients

    using HVAC and chilled water systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    consultants, HVAC contractors, MEP firms, facility managers

    , and developers.
  • Identify, recruit, and

    develop channel partners and distributors

    in assigned regions to expand market presence.
  • Promote CET Enviros

    non-chemical condenser cleaning

    and

    sustainable water treatment systems

    , focusing on ROI and operational benefits.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and system walk-throughs to support solution design and sales closure.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical, service, and marketing teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitive intelligence, and business forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and sustainability events.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years

    of B2B sales experience in

    HVAC, water treatment, or energy efficiency solutions

    .
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building services.
  • Proven ability to close complex technical sales with long sales cycles.
  • Experience in developing and managing

    channel partners and distribution networks

    .
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and reporting sales KPIs.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical/Energy/Environmental) preferred.
  • Willing to travel extensively across India.

Compensation (CTC):

  • A competitive package that includes a

    base salary (upto 7.5 LPA) + aggressive incentive structure

    tied to performance and sales achievements.
  • Significant earning potential for high performers, with rewards aligned to revenue growth and project success.

  • BE/B.Tech Mechanical/Energy/Environmental
  • Locations : Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and Pune
