The Manager / Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance will be responsible for leading the end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial control processes of the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Operations Manage overall accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory Accounting, and Fixed Assets . Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing . Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Accounting Standards .
