Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing specialist to manage and grow our brand's presence across all social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

    Create and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Content Creation:

    Generate, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and video, for various social platforms.
  • Community Management:

    Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages, fostering an active and positive online community.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad spend.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Model Development:

    Design, build, train, and test machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business needs.
  • Data Management:

    Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to prepare for model training and deployment.
  • System Integration:

    Integrate AI models into existing software systems and applications using APIs and microservices.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Evaluate and optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of AI systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deploy solutions effectively.
  • Emerging Technology Research:

    Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML to identify and implement new tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
    • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication, creativity, and strong analytical abilities.
