Customer Verification & Lead Validation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers from the database
  • Verify customer credentials, contact details, and company information
  • Identify and validate genuine leads and decision-makers
  • Update and maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
  • Share verified and qualified leads with the sales team
  • Maintain call logs and verification status

KPIs / Targets

  • Calls per day:

    40-50 (depending on complexity)
  • Data verification accuracy:

    95%
  • Lead validation rate:

    30% qualified leads
  • Database update completion:

    100% assigned records
  • Follow-up closure:

    Within defined timelines

Required Skills

  • 13 years’ experience in customer calling / lead verification / tele-calling
  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools, MS Excel
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable with outbound calling
