AI-first Sales Enablement Lead
to bridge the gap between
sales, product marketing, and content
— building systems, training, and assets that help our sales team consistently win.
The Mission
This role is about
scaling knowledge, messaging, and sales execution
, not just training reps. You’ll bring together enablement, product storytelling, and AI-powered content delivery to make sure our sales team has everything they need — when they need it, wherever they are.You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to build a
modern enablement engine
.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead the end-to-end enablement function: onboarding, continuous training, certifications, playbooks.
- Translate product and feature updates into sales-ready narratives and assets in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gong AI, Refract, Mindtickle) to automate knowledge delivery and contextual training.
- Create, manage, and maintain a dynamic enablement content library — think playbooks, pitch decks, talk tracks, industry use cases, etc.
- Build just-in-time learning experiences using LMS + AI for personalization at scale.
- Partner with RevOps to analyze sales performance data and identify enablement gaps.
- Run high-impact training sessions, bootcamps, workshops, and deal clinics.
- Ensure sales is aligned with the latest product positioning, customer stories, and competitive intelligence — all delivered through smart, accessible formats.
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Strategic Content, ideally in a SaaS, B2B, or Martech environment.
- A strong grasp of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and how to teach and reinforce them.
- Proficient with tools like Gong, Highspot, Showpad, Mindtickle, HubSpot/Salesforce — and an eye for AI tools that improve scale and precision.
- A strong writer and storyteller — you can break down technical features into crisp, benefit-led messaging for customer-facing teams.
- Experience building and delivering scalable content and training programs.
- Thinks in systems and processes. You don’t just build decks — you build engines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
Bonus Points For
- Experience enabling a global sales org across multiple regions (APAC, MENA, NA).
- Background in product marketing or technical content strategy.
- Built or contributed to AI-first internal knowledge hubs or training tools.
