Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Take complete ownership of the Business Development function, including strategy, execution, and team leadership.* Generate new business leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.* Drive solution-selling initiatives to address client needs effectively.* Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.* Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for clients.* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.* Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
* 10+ years in sales leadership* Proven success in solution selling* Experience with SAP and Salesforce (advantage)* Strong communication & negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹5,500,000.00 per year
