Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the industry, focusing on CMOs, brand managers, marketers, and agencies.

● Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce TrueFan’s offerings and generate interest.

● Qualify leads through engaging conversations, understanding their needs, and determining fit with TrueFan’s solutions.

● Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.

● Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.

● Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.

● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position TrueFan in the market.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

● Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).

● Experience selling to CMOs, brand managers, marketers, and agencies is highly desirable.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets.

● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
