Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you areinstrumental in propelling the growth and success of our organization. Yourprimary responsibilities include attracting potential clients through impactfulsales pitches, preparing tailored visual presentations, and clearly explainingour offerings during client calls. You will support the Business Developmentteam in driving new partnerships and contribute to a smooth onboardingexperience for every new client.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. SalesPitch & Presentation:
Prepare customized and visually appealing PowerPointpresentations based on the client\needs and industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevantinsights, content, and data to support sales decks.
Use storytelling and product highlights to make astrong business case during pitches.
2. Client Call Engagement:
Participate in sales calls and confidently explainpresentation segments and product positioning.
Deliver clear and engaging communication that alignswith client needs and expectations.
Address initial client queries and establishearly\-stage engagement.
3. Lead Understanding & Coordination:
Understand the background and context of leads sharedby the Pre\-sales team to ensure relevant conversations.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to stayupdated on offerings and align messaging accordingly.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain organized records of client discussions,preferences, and pitch materials.
Update CRM regularly with meeting outcomes andfollow\-ups to support sales continuity.
Ensure all commitments made during the salesconversation are aligned internally for successful handover.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with theability to engage confidently in client conversations.
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, client\-facingroles, or relevant internships.
A strong interest in sales with an enthusiastic,go\-getter attitude toward client interaction and business growth.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to translateproduct data into client\-friendly visuals.
Confidence to speak and engage with clients duringlive calls.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within ahigh\-paced sales environment.
